Jr Golf Academy - Our Policies
Please sit down with your son or daughter and go over the disciplinary
policy before attending camp. We do our best to run a fun, safe environment
for kids to learn to play golf, and we do not tolerate any of the things
listed here.
Disciplinary Policy:
Your child can be dismissed from camp for violating any of the following
rules:
· No Fighting.
· Must always wear seat belt when riding in the van.
· Major Disruptions at Camp.
· Vulgarity.
· Bullying.
· Rudeness towards others.
· Intentional destruction of property (J-9-I Property or Golf
Course Property).
· Intentional injury of others.
Camp Reservation Policy:
We will only hold camp spots for 10 business days for those who
choose to pay by check.
If we do not receive full payment within 10 business days, your spot will
not be reserved.
If you have difficulty meeting this request, please call us. There will
be a $10 bookkeeping
fee for switching weeks once you have reserved and paid for your spot.
Switching is dependent
upon openings.
Refund Policy:
There is a $50 fee for all cancellations. Any cancellations within two
weeks of a scheduled
camp session will result in no refund. There is no refund on any missed
class.
Rainy Day Policy:
In the event of a thunderstorm or a washed out day we will use the following
plan.
In the morning we will take the kids to Johnny 9 Irons indoor training
facility for that day's
lesson. After lunch we will venture to an arcade and/or afternoon movie.
We pay for the movie,
and ask that you send how ever much you want your child to have for the
arcade. We make
every effort to play golf, as that is our main objective.
General Promotion Release:
When you register for camp, you give us permission to use any pictures
or film footage taken at
camp in our marketing programs, including but not limited to web sites,
printed material, and
other promotional materials. Privacy - J-9-I will not share your email
or personal information
with any third parties.
